PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION POLICY :
A full prepayment is requested upon reservation. Reservations will only be confirmed once payment receipt.
In case of room night cancellation:
- Before August 31th, the full prepayment will be reimbursed.
- From September 1st to October 15th included, 80% of the total amount of your reservation will be charged.
- From October 16th, payment cannot be reimbursed anymore.
Names changes are without restriction.
INVOICING CONDITIONS :
The final invoice will be settled directly by the hotel upon checkout, the pre-paid payment will be deducted from this invoice.
This final invoice given by the hotel will mention the prepayment sent to Raising Stones Events as well as the eventual extras, which will have to be paid directly to the hotel.
From October 16th onwards, you are committed to pay the full stay of your booking as per the reservation details confirmed to you by Raising Stones Events.
In the event of modifications of your booking (including early departure), the hotel will invoice you for the original number of nights reserved and original room occupancy selected.
